Published in the latest newsletter from the Friends’ chairman, Mavis Peart, is a programme of fascinating talks planned for the year. New for this year is a Juniper Hall wildlife ‘bioblitz’ – on Saturday 20th July. Included in the day will be opportunities to search for and record a whole range of different types of species that find their homes at Juniper Hall, a guided tour of the historic building and grounds now used for field studies, and lots of activities to entertain the whole family. Lunches will be available, or you can bring your own picnic. Not to be missed – save the date and invite the whole family!
