Friends of Juniper Hall
Supporting the Field Studies Council’s Juniper Hall
At the foot of Box Hill near Dorking stands the Field Studies Council’s iconic Juniper Hall. This field centre inspires thousands of people each year with opportunities to engage with the outdoors, helping them learn about the environment so they can make informed choices about protecting it.
The Friends of Juniper Hall exists to support Juniper Hall and the Field Studies Council.
What we do
Support for Juniper Hall
The Friends of Juniper Hall is a local, social and fundraising group which supports projects to enhance Juniper Hall, one of the Field Studies Council’s most popular field centres. The Friends’ Committee liaises with the centre’s staff to agree on key additional projects for Juniper Hall which central Field Studies Council budgets are unable to cover. The latest project, completed in 2022, is the creation of a pond as a teaching resource.
Annual Programme of Events
The Friends of Juniper Hall runs a programme of natural history focused talks and lunches throughout the year for our members and guests. These events take place in the beautiful setting of Juniper Hall and are open to all – simply book via the Membership Secretary: email@example.com
Visit the Field Studies Council website for more information about Juniper Hall.
